The high speed warping machine with TV-creel gives smooth unwinding and
warping at low tension. Excellent tension control and stop motion
mechanisms make it possible to produce best quality beams for sizing.
Hiraiwa HST -40 High
Speed Rapier Loom (Japan)
Superior rapier technology & advanced mechanisms make the loom
capable of producing a wide range of towels with rich weaving textures.
The micro- computer controlled servo motors maintain optimal warp
tension for extremely smooth let-off resulting in excellent and even
piles.

Soft-Flow Dyeing Machine (Italy)
The soft-flow fabric dyeing machine dyes the towels in open width form
ensuring even dyeing quality with minimum abrasion. The micro-computer
controlled process enables consistent dyeing by minimizing lot-to-lot
shade variations.
National Loop Dryer (U.S.A.)
The hot air loop dryer with automatic temperature control dries the towels
in the natural hanging form. Its pile lifting mechanism enhances towel
appearance and imparts richness to its texture.

Cutting & Sewing Machines (Japan)
The automatic high speed continuity cutting machine for multiple edge
slitting of towels, incorporates micro- computer controlled cutting
heads. The automatic continuity sewing machine for both side of towel
produces uniform folding & excellent sewing without puckering.
Barudan Cross-Hemming &
Stitching Machines (Japan)
The fully automatic micro-computer controlled towel hemming machine is
capable of processing a wide range of towel sizes. It improved features
ensure labour saving, reliable & high quality, finishing throughout
the entire process of cross-cutting, hemming, labeling & sewing. Its
trifolding mechanism produces neat uniform hem. Powerful sewing unit
makes 1 cm of reverse stitching at the beginning & end of sewing
giving stability at the edges.
